 Wine Tasting: Old Westminster Winery... We believe that our deep, gravelly soils coined, “Channery Loam,” overlaying a bedrock of greenstone schist, enable us to grow distinctive wines. In our vineyard, everything is done by hand. From winter pruning to summer hedging, weed control to harvest- it’s all powered by sweat, not oil. We believe this method of farming makes possible a level of care few other vineyards experience. Our fingerprints are on every vine, every grape and every bottle.
